Pricing Information

DESIGN FEES

All project fees are based on a design/art set up fee and an hourly rate set by the designer. The complexity of the design and time allowed for completion may also become contributing factors which may affect the quote and/or final price for a particular project. Please complete and submit the Project Quote Form to receive an accurate estimate for your project.

 

PROJECT QUOTE
A project quote is often available 2 business days after request for quote form is submitted. The project quote will give an estimated break down of the cost for the project which will include all design fees and other fees/services where applicable. Project quotes are valid for 30 days.

 

DEPOSITS
Deposits are required prior to beginning all projects. The required deposit amount is 40% of the project quote.

 

PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS
Personal consultations are available for clients in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. An additional fee may be required depending on distance and frequency of travel.

 

MATERIALS
In cases where images or other media files are licensed or copyrighted, the client will purchase or request permission for legitimate use. Any additional cost(s) that maybe incurred will be specified in the project quote and/or client will be notified . The client takes full responsibility for any licensed or copyrighted material submitted to AHINT Design for use for their project.

 

ADJUSTMENT FEE
An adjustment fee may be charged if client request project revisions after design is finalized.

 

UPDATES
AHINT Design honors one update request per month at no charge. Updates include changes in contact information such as phone/fax numbers, names, addresses, title changes, etc. Updates will not include any revisions to print design or website design

(i.e. changing colors, layout structure, logos or other graphics). An adjustment fee will be applied to update requests regarding design.

 

SITE MAINTENANCE
Monthly update requests will be provided at a fee that will be specified in the project quote overview at a 48-72 hour turnaround.

 

RUSH FEE
Any ASAP project request is subject to a rush fee. This is because it takes additional overtime and requires immediate attention. Other projects may have to be put on hold to accommodate a rush request. If you request a project draft in less than 2 business days, this may be considered a rush and fee may apply.

CANCELLATION FEE

If a job is cancelled at any point after Client submits signed agreement, deposit and first round design drafts are presented by AHINT Design, the client will forfeit the entire deposit.
